Booking and Lead Intake Design
Define the information, consent, checks, and handoff needed for scheduling and qualification.
A controlled booking path
A useful booking workflow captures intent, requests only necessary details, checks business rules, previews the proposed time or next step, and asks permission before committing or sending. Qualification questions should be short, relevant, and approved by the business. Uncertain availability or connector status must be shown as unresolved rather than treated as a confirmed appointment.
A visible result
The review output should distinguish captured details, proposed booking, confirmed action, follow-up status, and escalation. Staff can then compare the caller conversation with the transcript and summary. Exact calendar, CRM, and SMS support remains something the buyer must verify.
